Andrea Navedo was born in the US and she has written several books. The actress began her career by performing in daytime soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later was a supporting actress on television's primetime. Andrea Navedo is an American actress singer born on the 10th of October, 1977. She was born in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her professional acting career with soaps that aired in the daytime. Between 1995 and 1997, she was Linda Soto in ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera on CBS from 1999 until 2000 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she appeared in a very small part of Girl 6 and then went into the role of New York Undercover. In 2001, Navedo co-starred in the action-comedy Double Take. Double Take and the following year was the drama Washington Heights. Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. The character was later featured on in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in films like El Cantante, Remember Me and many others. Between 2011 and 2013 Navedo played recurring roles on How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She starred in the comedy film Superfast! The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series was released in 2015. Navedo first began her career as a professional actor in the daytime dramas.
